Setá, a contemporary dining establishment, complete with steakhouse favorites showcasing critically acclaimed Executive Chef Hugo Molina's Modern American Cuisine with Spanish and Asian influences, is located in the heart of historic uptown Whittier. Chef Molina hand selects and prepares all of the steaks over mesquite wood. At Seta we believe in using sustainable farming and organically grown produce resources and provide our own eco friendly water filtration system.
Cocktail creations are hand crafted with premium liquors, house made infusions and seasonal, organic ingredients. Each cocktail has been thoughtfully placed on our menu to enhance and compliment Chef Molina’s creations.

However, with much surprise and enthusiasm, Phlight’s concept reminiscent of the history of tapas in old world Spain continues to gain acceptance and appreciation signified by a bustling and booming full house.

American attitudes toward death changed dramatically from the 1840s, when the Workman family built their home, through the 1920s, when the Temples built La Casa Nueva next door. This tour gives an overview of these changes as experienced by the two families and includes a visit to El Campo Santo, the private cemetery established by the Workman family in the 1850s.
Tours are free, but reservations recommended.
